Gracie Girl Bakery uses Stripe/PayPal, Google Analytics, WooCommerce, and MailChimp to collect personal information and data on website usage.
Stripe/PayPal is a billing platform that Gracie Girl Bakery uses. Stripe/PayPal will collect credit card information and billing name and address to process payments.
Google Analytics is a tool commonly used by businesses to understand how customers are interacting with their websites. This tool will be used to collect website usage data.
WooCommerce will collect data on the items placed in your shopping cart. This tool is used only if you have registered an account with Gracie Girl Bakery. That means WooCommerce compiles the data on your account (name, email, phone, company name, address) and the items placed in your cart. This tool will assist in keeping a record of your orders.
MailChimp will be used to contact users with confirmation emails and updates. MailChimp collects customer information, such as email addresses and names. It also collects data on click-through rates on emails/newsletters, open rates, location (city) where the email is opened, and abandoned cart product data. It also tracks orders placed after clicking on a link from an email.

Gracie Girl Bakery only stores customer information provided through WooCommerce. This would be the information you volunteer to complete an order: name, address, email address, phone number, etc.
Any other information collected by Stripe/PayPal, Google Analytics, MailChimp are stored on their respective servers.
How is information secured?
All servers that collect information that Gracie Girl Bakery employs are monitored 24/7 for
malware, security breaches, and any suspicious activity. Gracie Girl Bakery’s website is secured with an SSL certificate providing a secure browsing experience for customers.
Keep in mind that security of information transmitted through the internet can never be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the internet or for changes to or losses of data. Users are responsible for maintaining security of passwords and other authentication involved in gaining access to your account.
